Transformed from a former industrial site this gated community complex comprises 5 separate apartment buildings containing 244 apartments. Constructed between 2015 and 2018 these units are set in communal parkland gardens with the provision of 259 car spaces and associated bin and bike stores.

The upper levels offer spectacular panoramic views of the river and the iconic Liverpool Skyline. The five buildings are all slightly different. They include;

Ratcliffe (47 apartments) - This features 2 and 3 bedroom duplex apartments with excellent riverside views.

Oregon (30 apartments) - This building is placed in a more private setting, located next to the beautifully maintained Brunswick Park gardens. Accommodation includes 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. 

Roscoe (59 apartments) - This building is located to afford views of both the Mersey Waterfront and the City centre skyline. The 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments are all equipped with private balconies and have bright, spacious open plan living spaces with fully integrated kitchens.

Chavasse Mews (24 Apartments) - This is the smallest apartment building offering spacious 2 bedroom apartments each with double bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms and generous lounges with private balconies. It is a traditional masonry load-bearing building and the only one in the complex with a mansard roof.

Hawthorne (84 apartments) - The largest of the apartment buildings that also contains the estate management suite. 1, 2 and 3 double bedrooms are provided, and some apartments have their own private terrace.

All buildings are brick clad and all (except Chavasse Mews) were constructed using a primary steel frame with a timber frame inner leaf.
