We use Building Information Modelling (BIM) process on all our projects from the very early stages through to completion.

This enables us to realise the benefits of this technology for our customers, our clients, our constructors and the design team. We use Revit as our prime software.

We model both architectural and MEP elements in-house and our engineering consultants share their models with us to enable the team to have a fully integrated model enabling comprehensive design review and coordination, visual and software clash detection, integrated schedules and outputs as well as facilitating quantity take-off routines.

We started using BIM in 2016 and we have found that it helps facilitate closer collaboration for all stakeholders, enabling the team to perform more effectively and identify coordination issues earlier. We also utilise the BIM models for client engagements, which aids early clients sign off and communicating our designs more effectively to our colleagues. Linking our models to other platforms helps us create compelling visualisations.
