Our people are our primary resource and so we encourage their personal development.

Whether through in-house lunchtime CDP seminars or via formally sponsored courses tailored to a particular need, we encourage career long learning as well as provided our team with vital information to help maintain professional competency levels and improve performance levels. Often our in-house seminars are joined by construction and development staff as we seek to keep all our staff up to date with professional and technical aspects of design and construction.

Our more experienced staff regular engage and share learning with junior team members ensuring a culture of support and encouragement. We all take time to visit our projects on site to receive feedback and to understand those methodologies and construction techniques utilised to erect safe and durable facilities for our residents.

Recently L7 has taken on the role of Principal Designer on several of our projects. This has been possible with those experienced staff who wished, received the necessary training to add further value by performing this work in house.

We have also had the benefit of L7 staff participating in company sponsored design ideas competitions, with the winning proposals implemented into our projects.
