We have a collaborative ethos all striving to achieve the best we can for our customers. There is a lot of creative interaction within our team. We enjoy regular social activities together and regularly share a convivial lunch together around our conference table. The international make up of our staff makes for rich conversations and brings a diverse collection of cultural backgrounds as well as delivering wonderful lunches.
We enjoy a combination of architects and technologists, we undertake all our work in BIM and we produce our own visualisations and simple models.
We pride ourselves in working so closely with each other that we are able to support and assist on any project as the occasion requires. We visit our construction sites regularly and enjoy monthly team tours with our construction and investment colleagues. We aim for constant and consistent improvement in all we do.
