The Project comprises the fit out of the Ground Floor space of Hardman House, Hardman Street Liverpool. The upper levels of Hardman House building comprise Student Residences which is managed by Urban Sleep, part of the Carpenter Group of companies. 

The proposed plans for LJMU include the conversion of the ground floor vacant space into office space and meeting rooms, together with dining and toilet facilities. The space will have cooling and externally placed condenser units have been fitted in the lower level of the bin lift enclosure, within a fenced enclosure. New windows and doors have been fitted to the building perimeter replacing the original hoardings. 

L7s role on this scheme was that of Principal Designer, through the construction phase. Work commenced April 2022 and completed August 2022.
